Developing nations are trying to build capacities and strengthen infrastructure.

When we study the case of advanced nations, it is crystal clear they have already set up a better infrastructure owing to their financial strengths. Both the set of countries fall back on digital technologies and they draw benefits from technologies to the fullest, but their range varies to a great extent. 

Any country which is advanced will have better technology at its disposal. Its resources will be used in an optimum way. Things will be streamlined and will be in an advantageous position to stamp its authority in the global market. Such countries are militarily more powerful, they produce better products, financially they top the chart and they rule the roost in every sphere, owing to better technologies. A Developing country has to strike a balance between its resources and expenditure. Designing technologies need a lot of investment and if such a country wishes to buy sophisticated technologies then it burns a hole in its pocket. Scientist prefers to work in an advanced country, as they get better equipment for research in such countries. They get a conducive environment in such countries. Digital technologies are largely used by advanced countries, but having such technologies in developing countries can bring a revolution to such countries.

Imagine living in a country where GPS-guided equipment does not work smoothly. Think about a place that does not provide good signals to make calls. Consider for a split second being in a place where network connectivity is so poor that you can't push your emails. It's shocking indeed! Well, such places are there and people have to adjust with such arrangements. Technology is for everyone, but its access may not be available to all. To a great degree for accessing superior technology, your geographical condition is a crucial factor.

The find could be regarded as something which belongs to entire mankind, but the real beneficiary will be the one who will spot it first.

Tremendous technical leaps are being made, but the economic & social benefits remain geographically concentrated, mainly in advanced countries. Structural limitations exist, and we have to accept them. It creates hurdles for developing countries the most. Faster, easier and cheaper means of communication have helped creating more awareness strengthening democracies all over the world. Positive cultural, economic and social changes have been observed in places where technologies are available randomly and on this front advanced countries have scored more by being able to tick most of the boxes.
