Due to the advent of lot of new technical things, people are under constant fear that in future machines will totally control us and there will be job cuts due to such machines or Artificial Intelligence. To some extent they are right in having reservations about letting machines govern us . The way humans can connect with others by means of this skill perhaps no other device can replicate the same. Interpersonal skills cannot be replaced by Artificial Intelligence.

When it's a case of exhibiting empathy nothing can serve the purpose better than humans.Guiding people , social work or any other task which requires us to deal with fellow human beings, our communication skills helps us immensely. Artificial intelligence cannot replace our way of communication.

Machines are productive in analyzing or restructuring information , but they lack the skills to disseminate information the way human beings does.

Making Judicious Decision

We humans are good in decision making . We tend to get better with experience . The environment we get, along with our educational background  helps us to take judicious decision. No denying the fact that machines are effective in analyzing data and in offering solutions however, they suffer from a major weakness and that is the fact,  that they usually lack the capacity to take well informed decisions. Most of the job responsibilties requires people to have decision making skills and no form of Artificial Intelligence can supersede humans in decision making abilities.

Critical Thinking Abilities

This is another area where humans have been observed to be the best. Machines or technical tools can analyse and even help formulating strategies to tackle various problems, but they can't think out of the box. In certain profession like Architecture & Engineering, complex problem solving abilities are a must. Human beings tend to do better in such situations in comparison to machines.

This is a trait that needs a different degree of expertise, knowledge , experience and the ability to comprehend people and situation they are in. This needs a higher degree of competency. Only humans can perform as a leader.

This is one area where humans excels far more than machines.

It has been observed and established beyond doubt that we humans are far more creative when compared to machines. Our imagination level is far more superior which makes us more creative.
